That are always great letting me know if and when something needs to be done, but also when there is something coming up that can wait. They make me feel that they are looking out for me as if it was their own personal wallet.

Burtness GMC is easy to purchase a vehicle, they make sure you get all available incentives. They take time to explain your new vehicle to you, and help with any questions.

I worked with Absalom first to test drive, then Shane when I was interested in buying it. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to spending so much money, but they were honestly super patient and helpful. When I realized I had only one keyfob and was scrambling to figure out how to get a 2nd one and reprogram it, they put my mind at ease and just took care of it. So nice to know they don't try to nickel and dime you, even after the sale!

I initially inquired online about a used Ford F150 on their lot and began working with Shane through the process. I took the truck for a quick test drive on a Saturday while we were in Whitewater for a football game and negotiated a few items while offering to come back Monday to purchase the truck. Only been to dealership once since we bought the Equinox & that was to have batteries put into our key fobs. Brad is great from the day we bought the car by him coming to our home during Covid. I had a great experience with Burtness. They were authentic and straightforward. There wasn't nearly the amount of runaround and BS you deal with typically at a car dealer. I went for a particular vehicle and when it had an issue, they did a ton of work to make it right for me, at no charge. I would highly recommend working with them to find your next vehicle!

Anika is the person you want when purchasing your next vehicle. She is extremely knowledgeable and upfront with answering any questions you may have. Even after our purchase was made, we noticed a small defect (cosmetic) and she went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified at no cost to us and did not stop until we were completely satisfied. The service team made sure to rectify the issue in a quick and timely manner.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. I had found a car online and called ahead and Matt answered. He was very clear and concise with his words, and very helpful all together. I had to drive multiple hours to get this car and Matt worked with me to make sure that I did not make a trip just for the car to be gone. The car itself was just as pictured online, and was reasonably clean for a used car. Overall though, very good experience altogether, and the customer service was top of the line.
The Burtness Service Center is great! They are friendly and quick to complete any service that I bring my Jeep in for. Quin is always very helpful when I speak with him.
This is literally the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Would def buy again from them. If your lookin for a car or truck this is def the place to go. Unless you wanna waste a whole day at a dealership go somewhere else. Spent a total of maybe 2 hrs there between two days. When other dealerships will have you there all day and then tell you to come back the next day for the vehicle.
I'm always very pleased with the service I get at Burtness.. This is the only place I take my 2008 Malibu LT for all it's needs, recently for an oil change and the following week I took it in for new front brakes.
