It's about time to have a vehicle to pull my trailer's safely.
We needed an emergency repair on or Dodge Ram. We were in Whitewater doing some contracted work. The truck was repaired the same day. Fantastic Service Department!

This dealership, was so willing to assist me with buying process. They was were to hold the vehicle until funds were available which took about a week and half. The only thing I wish that would’ve happened was the extra coverage would’ve been an option for an add on. At the time of the final purchase, we didn’t have the money to cover any additional coverage.
I always feel welcome weekend visiting this dealership. They make sure to create a no pressure environment.

1 poor. I was given a rental car and it died on me in the middle of main st. It ha no oil in it. It made me late for my meeting and I never got my tire rotation. It was a stressful experience.

Shane and Nick were great! Shane had the car ready for me when I called and asked if I could test drive. I provided all the info to get paperwork started before we left. Today, I called and told him what time we would be there to complete the paperwork. When we arrived, Nick had everything ready for us to sign. Instead of taking 3 hours to buy our car, we were out of there in an hour! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Shane! Great selection and service!

When I looked at the truck initially it had not been detailed and the salesman was a little embarrased. The salesman was good to deal with and promised the truck would be fully detailed upon delivery. I have to say I was not happy with the detail job but at this point just wanted my truck. They never washed out the bed, the ram boxes in the floor were never cleaned out. Great experience working with everyone, Shane, Matt and Nick to complete a purchase even though I was out of state. They are a reputable dealer and kept their word on holding the vehicle and they didnt try any funny business when I got there. It also turned out to be cleaner than I saw in the photos which I was impressed by. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them. Im very happy with my purchase.

I was very happy with the service I received the only thing was that above the steering wheel on the dash it showed 100% oil I had trouble to get that off because I wanted the speed on there instead but I got one of my neighbors and he helped me.

I have only used service 3 times. Both the Chevrolet and Ram. All 3 times they l was sastified. Now when I look at vehichles for sale I always look at there inventory first. Having a good service department is very important.

My only concern was when my service appt was scheduled, I mentioned that I needed a contracted oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor on the day of service was unaware. They thought I only needed an oil change.
